Sole Source Justification
Diversified LLC is identified as the sole installer and programmer of the existing AV equipment. They possess unique experience, special skills, and knowledge of the installed software/algorithms and technical expertise required to properly install additional equipment and ensure compatibility. This makes them the only known qualified and responsible source capable of furnishing the required services within the timeframe.
Submission & Evaluation
Interested responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation. Responses must clearly demonstrate that competition would be advantageous to the Government, not cost or time prohibitive, and that the offeror can meet the stated needs. Information received will be used to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. Responses must be submitted via email to the contact listed in the notice by the closing date. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
