Scope of Work

Justification for Sole Source
A2M Solutions LLC is identified as the only source reasonably available due to its proprietary, fully integrated automotive production forecasting platform. This platform uniquely combines detailed North American light vehicle production data with forward-looking projections, powertrain-specific analysis (including electrification), and plant-level granularity within a single, query-driven database. The subscription is exclusively available from A2M.
Action Items
This is NOT a solicitation for quotations or proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days of publication (by April 28, 2026) will be considered. Responses must clearly and thoroughly defend any claims that refute the Government's sole source justification. Information received will be used to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. If no affirmative responses are received, a purchase order will be awarded to A2M Solutions LLC.
