Marine Force Reserves New Orleans requires postal meterage and postage services in support of 113 locations across the United States and Puerto Rico. The service will include leasing meterage equipment to properly process, report, and record mail in accordance with Title 39, U.S. Code, DoD Instruction 4525.6-M, OpNav Instruction 5118.7C and Marine Corps Order 5110.4A. The period of performance for this is a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option years.
