However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 334413 and the business size standard is 1,250 (in employees).Interested offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
