Response Information
This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Valiant. However, any interested firms must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Responses must include stated technical knowledge and experience with mission command (MC) training and demonstrate the ability to complete phase-in activities and commence full performance by October 21, 2025. Responses are due by October 10, 2025, at 1400 Eastern Standard Time (EST).
