Procuring another vendor could cause irreparable damage and void warranties.
• Supporting Methods: Teledata's prior installation of Entry Control Point cameras and their direct collaboration with Hanwah are highlighted.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide comprehensive service maintenance for security systems at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), ensuring the continued reliability, longevity, and optimal performance of critical security assets on a 24/7/365 basis.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision for preventive and corrective maintenance of government-owned security equipment.

• Conduct regularly scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Identify potential issues and provide a path for resolving equipment failures.

• Base period: September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027

• Four option years: September 1, 2027, to August 31, 2031

• Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV 89191

• Specific locations include: 99th Security Gates, Flight Line PTZs, and Armory Internal System.

• Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (SPM): Conduct four quarterly on-site SPM visits annually. Visits include system "tune-ups" to ensure equipment operates within factory specifications. SPM visits are scheduled at least two weeks in advance and occur Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time (excluding federal holidays).

• Corrective Maintenance: This agreement does not cover the cost of replacement parts or user-replaceable components. The contractor will provide a detailed description and cost estimate for repairs if abnormal conditions are identified during SPM. Government approval is required before performing repairs. Loaner equipment for critical components will be provided when possible.

• System Documentation: Establish and provide a complete equipment logbook at the start of the agreement, listing all covered equipment, locations, serial numbers, and initial status. Update the log during each SPM visit.

• Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Service (4 times per contract year)

• Updated Equipment Log (upon completion of each SPM visit)

• (75) Milestone XProtect Care Plus 5-Year Device Licenses (at the start of the Period of Performance)

• Repair Cost Estimates (as needed)

• Provide unrestricted access to the facility and equipment during SPM visits.

• Fund and procure all necessary replacement parts, supplies, and equipment.

• Cost of parts and labor for repairs outside the scope of an SPM visit (billable as Paid Service Calls).

• Consumable items (e.g., batteries, projector lamps).

• Operational training for Government personnel.

• Transportation and shipping costs for off-site repairs.

• Service calls for issues caused by operator error.
