The contractor will provide comprehensive custodial and related services for approximately 4,947 square feet of TSA leased space. Services include:
- Management, supervision, labor, subcontracts, materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Standard interior cleaning tasks: cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, spot cleaning, wet mopping, window/glass washing, and waste management.
- Developing and submitting an initial cleaning schedule and staffing plan.
- Implementing a cleaning plan detailing procedures, products, and equipment.
- Establishing and adhering to a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Responding to emergency and routine service calls.
- Annual window washing.
