Justification & Incumbency
NGA's intent to sole source to ESRI is based on the determination that ESRI is uniquely capable of providing these highly specialized services, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). ESRI is the incumbent contractor for VCPS and eGIS/AGIS Support under existing call orders HM157524F0032 and HM157524F0041, respectively.
