Hose-McCann Telephone Co. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the ship's RMA Systems. They possess proprietary information, including design drawings, programming data, and installation criteria, and hold patents on their Public Address/General Alarm Systems and Sound-Powered Telephones. Market research confirmed that no other vendor is currently trained, certified, or authorized to service or repair Hose-McCann RMA Systems, making them the sole in-house servicing facility.
