Purpose and Scope

To maintain nationwide standardization, compliance, and warranty support across all Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities, USACE requires the use of specific brand-name components. The awarded contractor will be required to incorporate these parts into their construction proposals as part of a complete, functioning system. Required brand-name items, specified in the Military Recruiting Facilities Construction Specifications (Appendix A), include:
- Aiphone: IXG Series Video Intercom Entry Control System components.
- Securitron / ASSA ABLOY: Proprietary keypad controllers and integrated door hardware.
- Hanwha Vision: Specific CCTV integration and Network Video Recorder (NVR) components.
- NETGEAR: Specific branded network switch (port) components for the security board.
