Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive food services for approximately 310 individuals (240 Cadets, 70 Cadre) during the JCLC 2026. Key services include:
- Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner from June 2-6, 2026.
- Food preparation and serving, adhering to USDA guidelines, with meals ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled serving times.
- Providing all necessary serving equipment, including chafing dishes, utensils, plates, cups, and napkins.
- Menu coordination with the Government POC at least 10 days prior to the event.
- Maintaining cleanliness of serving and preparation areas, and providing handwash stations for each meal.

Set-Aside & Small Business
This requirement is currently not set-aside.
