Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide on-site support for Zetec, Inc. to assist Code 135 in the preparation and execution of auto analysis using the RevospECT software during an Eddy Current Inspection (ECI) on CVN-78 Main Condensers.

• Zetec will provide a technician for 21 days of on-site support during the ECI execution on CVN-78.

• The support aims to ensure the RevospECT auto analysis software functions optimally and effectively.

• The technician will assist Code 135 in using the software for the first time on this material type.

• The service must ensure the RevospECT auto analysis software is functioning at optimal conditions.

• Period of Performance: July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2027.

• Place of Performance: Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Building 184, 3rd Floor, Rm. 341.

• Contractor Responsibilities: Provide a technician for 21 days and ensure software functionality.

• NNSY Responsibilities: Provide vendor access to the NNSY building, equipment, and auto analysis software.

• Safety: Contractors must follow Federal and State OSHA requirements, Norfolk Naval Shipyard OSHE Program Manual, and NAVSHIPYDNORINST P5090.2. Hazardous Energy Control (HEC) procedures must be followed, requiring notification to NNSY TPOCs/CORs. HEC locks and tags must be used as specified.

• Shipping Requirements: Items shipped to Norfolk Naval Shipyard must be addressed to 276 Beatty Street, Portsmouth, VA 23709, and include document numbers and appropriate labeling.

• Access to Navy Installations: Contractors will need to obtain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) card for access to NNSY. Procedures for obtaining DBIDS cards and NAVSEA badges are outlined.

• Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs): Policies regarding PEDs, including camera-enabled devices, within controlled areas are detailed. Camera-enabled PEDs are generally prohibited in Controlled Nuclear Information Areas (CNIAs), Nuclear Work Areas (NWAs), and Open Storage Areas.

• Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI): Procedures for handling CUI provided by or generated for the DoD are outlined, including contractor responsibilities for monitoring and reporting.

• Contractual Deviations: Verbal or written instructions deviating from the contract terms are not binding unless formalized by the Contracting Officer.
