The Alaska Army National Guard Network Enterprise Center (AKARNG-NEC) requires a solution for managing telecommunication and connectivity services, including mobile, analog phone, 1-800, long-distance, call forwarding, local internet, and long-haul circuits. The goal is to provide real-time oversight and control of these services to manage funding, prevent waste, and control end-user abuse.

This PWS outlines the need for maintaining current telecommunication services. The services include:

Offerors should assume a base period with option awards. The timeline for implementation is short, and current contracts may need extension until a direct option with the service provider is achieved.

• Invoicing: Service provider must execute invoices in WAWF with a digital copy of the monthly statement, including an itemized list of services.
• Oversight: AKARNG will retain full oversight, approval authority, and account visibility.
• Account Management: The number of current accounts is 19. Accounts are subject to adjustments (adding/canceling services) as requirements evolve. Additional accounts may be acquired.
• Vendor: GCI COMMUNICATION CORP is the current service provider. Their SAM registration expires October 10, 2026.
