Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To establish a payment solution for telecommunication services for the Alaska Army National Guard Network Enterprise Center (AKARNG-NEC) at Ft. Richardson. The solution aims to provide real-time oversight and control of all telecommunication and connectivity services, enabling quick changes, modifications, and service maintenance to control funding, reduce waste, and prevent service abuse.

This document outlines the requirements for telecommunication services, including:

• Voice Communication: Landline, mobile (cellular), VoIP, and multi-line/extension support.
