Scope of Work

This will utilize the scientifically validated Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) and Human Factors Intervention Matrix (HFIX). HFACS Inc. is identified as the sole provider of certified training for the proprietary HFACS course, which is a required component for the Certified Accident Investigation Program (CAIP).
Specifically, the requirement includes:
- Conducting one (1) intensive 2-day HFACS training seminar (16 hours total).
- Training must be ARNG-specific, focusing on managing human error.
- Course content to cover integrating human factors into accident investigations, utilizing HFACS, developing corrective actions, and preparing participants for certification.

- Preparing participants for an online HFACS exam and work product submission for "Certified" HFACS Professional status.
