Scope of Work

The objective is to provide specialized human factors training to improve human performance and safety among the ARARNG workforce, utilizing the scientifically validated HFACS and Human Factors Intervention Matrix (HFIX). The training aims to prepare participants for "Certified" HFACS Professional certification.

  • Conduct one intensive 2-day (16-hour) HFACS training seminar.
