Evaluation
Award will be made to the offer most advantageous to the Government, based on a comparative evaluation considering Price, Technical Capabilities/Specification, and Past Performance. The government may award to the lowest-priced offeror meeting minimum requirements or a higher-priced offeror exceeding them if deemed more advantageous. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 (with Alternate I).
Additional Notes
This acquisition is an intent to sole source to Illumina, Inc. (CAGE: 1WCS2; UEI: KMW3CRWNAAF3), but other proposals will be considered. Government inspection and acceptance will occur at the Army Laboratory Center (ALC) in Adelphi, MD. Funds are not presently available, and contract award is contingent upon appropriated funds. Payment terms less than net 30 days are unacceptable. Offerors expecting to employ foreign nationals must submit documentary evidence of employment eligibility. The Contracting Officer may exercise options (CLINs 0001, 1001, 1002, 1003, and 1004) within 60 days after contract award.
