Scope of Work
The USCG plans to procure services for a five-year ordering period to:
- Sustain 1,009 JavelinXL devices, Ares Gateway, and Ares software currently fielded within the USCG.
- Perform necessary software enhancements.
- Repair hardware on devices that cannot be repaired by internal USCG technicians.
- Procure approximately 500 additional JavelinXL devices with pre-installed Ares Gateway and software via an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle.
- Replace approximately 1,509 cell phones interconnected with the JavelinXL devices as they reach end-of-life. InCadence Strategic Solutions LLC is the proprietary owner and sole authorized distributor of the JavelinXL devices, Ares Gateway, and Ares software in the U.S., possessing exclusive rights to service this equipment.
