Sole Source Justification
The LearningSpace Simulation Management Platform is proprietary to Elevate Healthcare, Inc. As the original manufacturer, they own the source code for the software programming, making them the only vendor capable of providing the necessary warranty services.

While this is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source, responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation.
