• Evaluation factors are of equal importance: Technical and Price.

• Subfactors for technical evaluation include detailed item descriptions and a detailed project schedule.

• This is a sole-source intent, but the government reserves the right to evaluate additional quotes for technical acceptability if in the best interest of the Government.

• Direct shipping addresses are provided for Misawa Air Base, Japan.

• Various FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference, including those related to commercial products/services, payment instructions (WAWF), and contractor access to Air Force installations.
