The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a purchase order to the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), 1030 15th Street NW, Washington, DC 20005, as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for MoneyLaundering.com Subscription for a base plus four (4) 12-month option periods. The OCC uses the data to stay current on banking regulations and legislation related to anti-money laundering as well as money laundering typologies. MoneyLaundering.com is unique in that it is the leading authority for current information on money laundering, sanctions, financial crimes, and compliance. In addition, MoneyLaundering.com is proprietary to ACAMS and ACAMS does not utilize resellers.
This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing prior to the close of this notice will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to linda.oneil@occ.treas.gov by 4:00 p.m. ET, December 15, 2025. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
