Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive full-service maintenance and repair of specified Olympus Endoscopes. Sole Source Justification & Challenge Process
The Government's determination is that Olympus America INC is the sole provider for the required service. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, sources interested in challenging this basis must submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the required endoscope maintenance services. Statements should include management, technical, and cost information, not exceed six (6) 8.5 x 11 inch pages (10-point font minimum), and be emailed as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to Ronald Silver (Ronald.c.silver3.civ@health.mil).
