- Software maintenance, updates, and modifications for integration, test, and evaluation.
- Repair and maintenance of optic component hardware for the MADIS Family of Systems.
- Options to procure additional optic systems if acquisition objectives increase.

Justification
This acquisition is pursued under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) due to CACI being the OEM and holding exclusive modification rights to the CM-262 source code. The Government does not possess the necessary rights for a competitive procurement.
Action Items for Interested Parties
Responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement identifying their interest and capability to meet this requirement. The Government will consider information received within seven calendar days after the publication date (by June 17, 2026). All submissions become Government property. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred in response to this notice.
