This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received within fifteen (15) calendar days after the publication date (June 3, 2026). The deadline for submission is June 18, 2026, at 2:31 PM ET. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
