Sole Source Justification
This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), as the required items are available from only one source. Standard Calibrations, Inc. is the authorized distributor capable of providing the necessary proprietary hardware and software licenses that meet the Government’s training system specifications. The EACS course and its training materials are specifically designed around this proprietary software and hardware; using an alternative would require additional funding, contracting actions, and could result in negative training.
