Scope of Work
The requirement is for a brand name Smiths Detection HI-SCAN 6040 DV X-Ray inspection system, including roller table options (HEI-.5M-6040i and HEI-1M-6040i). The system must feature Hi-SPOT Auto Dense Area Detection, HiTraX 3- Image Enhancement Functions, and a 24” Flat Panel Monitor. Required options include Software Package – HI-TIP-Plus, OTS Xtrain, IMS, Opti-ZOOM, HDA, X-Plore, and SEN.
Upon delivery, the vendor must:
- Uncrate and inspect for damage.
- Move the unit to the screening location.
- Dispose of all packing material.
- Remove and dispose of the existing Gemini Parcel X-ray Inspection System (serial#: G6040-4147).
- Install the new unit in its final operational position with all accessories attached.
- Conduct standard calibration and certification, providing paperwork to the EOUSA POC.
- Provide training on proper operation and usage to JPSO Security Officers and additional EOUSA representatives.
