NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to Haivision Network Video, Inc. (CAGE CODE: 3MSD7), 750 Estate Dr., Ste. 104, Deerfield, IL 60015, United States, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
This requirement is to provide technical support services for the Haivision Makito X Encoder installed in the Civil Engineering Corps Officer School (CECOS) Broadcast Studio. The encoder provides the ability to stream videos from the broadcast studio to other media facilities and learning sites.
The contractor will provide premium technical support to include 24/7 Critical Phone Support, Two (2) Hour Response Time; Enhanced Hardware Coverage; and General Availability and Maintenance Software Releases. Request for technical support services would be contracted for a base year and four (4) option years.
The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes nor proposals and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 20 January 2026 at 11:00 AM PST via e-mail to elisa.r.allison.civ@us.navy.mil. The information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
