The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation. The requirement is for the purchase of Northrop Grumman TIGER ML Server as follows: ITEM DESCRIPTION 0001 246-A11772 Tactical Data Link Server QTY.01; 0002 246-A30761 Interface, Link 16, 1553, Single QTY.01; 0003 246-A30766 Interface, Sync Serial (SATCOM/JREAP-A) QTY.01 0004 246-A30772 Interface, Link 11, NTDS, SIM QTY.01; 0005 246-A30774 Interface, Time Reference QTY.01. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 and the business size standard is 1,250 (number of employees). Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.
