Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide temporary, short-term mobile crane rental services to move and place eight large concrete targets at the Holloman High Speed Test Track (HHSTT). This is required due to the critical failure of the government-owned 200-ton Shuttlelift Gantry Crane, which has halted related mission activities and poses a risk to national defense programs.

• Provide a 900-ton class mobile hydraulic crane, including all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision.

• Mobilize, assemble, and set up the crane and associated equipment.

• Operate the crane for up to 80 hours to move and set eight (8) concrete targets.

• Demobilize, clean, and remove all contractor equipment from the site.
