- Performing modifications, adjustments, or replacements to ensure hardware conforms to technical and vendor specifications.
- Providing services, labor, travel, and parts as per vendor quotes.
- Furnishing manufacturer OEM approved lubricants and lubricating wear points.
- Extending all commercial warranties on replacement parts to the Government.

Performance Standards
- Services must be performed by FULLY QUALIFIED FIELD ENGINEERS and TECHNICIANS employed/hired by STERIS.
- Highest standards of professional capability and electrical/mechanical workmanship are required.
- Repairs and upgrades must result in a functional system compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Parts and supplies must be equal in performance, interchangeability, durability, and quality to OEM parts.
Period & Place of Performance
- Location: Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor (NHCOH) Sterile Processing Department, Oak Harbor, WA.
- Labor Hours: Monday through Friday, 0730 to 1700. Services outside these hours require prior notification.
Special Requirements
- Contractor must obtain approval from the building engineer for any electrical equipment.
- Contractor shall not assume possession or control of any equipment.
- Government utilities (electrical power, compressed air, water) may be used.
- Contractor must check-in/check-out with the Biomedical Repair Branch and sign the LOGBOOK during operating hours.
