Scope of Work
The requirement covers essential services for NPS accreditation, including:
- Annual accreditation dues and maintenance fees.
- A required site visit with travel and evaluation (2026).
- Online and in-person support for accreditation processes.
- Conducting campus evaluation visits per Department of Education (DoE) guidelines.
- Performing substantive change reviews for NPS accreditation.
- Providing online, telephone, and in-person consultations on accreditation matters.

Special Requirements (from PWS)
- The accreditor must be an institutional accreditor approved by the DoE.
- Work is unclassified; however, contractor personnel may require background investigations (e.g., NACLC, T3/T3R, SSBI) and Common Access Cards (CAC) for IT system access (IT-II level or higher). Annual Cyber Awareness training is mandatory.
- Contractor employees will perform duties independently and will not be supervised by Government officials.
