The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service for Albuquerque Service Unit hereby submits a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price, contract with one base year plus four option years for a comprehensive, continuous, and secure maintenance and technical support for the Automated Logic Control (ALC) Direct Digital Control (DDC) WebCTRL Building Automation System (“System”) Agreement for Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service facilities to be awarded to Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc., UEI: DFB2TDLGDMT4.
Period of Performance is for one base year plus four option years, as follows:
Base Year: TBD/2026 – TBD/2027
1st Option Year: TBD/2027 – TBD/2028
2nd Option Year: TBD/2028 – TBD/2029
3rd Option Year: TBD/2029 – TBD/2030
4th Option Year: TBD/2030 – TBD/2031
The estimated total value is above the simplified acquisition threshold.
The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements and is based on market research.
Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of agency.
The determination not to complete the proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received normally will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred for responding to this notice.
