Justification & Action

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals, and a solicitation will not be posted to SAM.gov. Quotations received cannot be accepted. All responsible sources will be considered in evaluating the determination to issue a sole-source contract, but the Government retains sole discretion in its decision not to compete the requirement. No reimbursement will be provided for costs associated with providing capability information.
