Scope of Work

This non-personnel services contract requires herbicide application for noxious weed control, covering approximately 1200 acres each season (spring and fall). Major weed targets include Musk Thistle, Canada Thistle, Field Bindweed, Salt Cedar, Marijuana, and Leafy Spurge. Services must be performed using ground spraying equipment only (4-wheel drive vehicle with spray boom, ORV with spray boom, or backpack spray unit); drone use is not permitted. A biodegradable marker dye is required. Areas to be sprayed are along the east side of Lakes Sharpe and Francis Case. A minimum 95% kill rate is required, with strict adherence to manufacturer's labels and weather conditions (e.g., no spraying in winds over 15 mph).
