Quick Summary
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), San Francisco District, is conducting a Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only, to identify qualified sources for the Noyo Maintenance Dredging and Jetty Repair Project in California. This notice is specifically seeking information from potential small business sources, including certified HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Certified 8(a), and Women-Owned small businesses. Responses are due by June 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
Scope of Work
The project involves two primary components:
- Maintenance Dredging: Dredging the Noyo Harbor Channel to a depth of -10 feet, including 1-ft paid and 1-ft unpaid over-depth. Armor stones will be removed from the channel bottom and staged near the North Jetty. Dredged material will be disposed of at a nearshore site approximately 6 miles north of the channel.
- Jetty Repair: Repairing the Noyo Harbor North Jetty, which includes removing existing stone from the channel-side slope, repairing structural voids beneath the main concrete structure, placing new high-density stone to rebuild the jetty, and repairing the concrete walkway using repurposed stone. This addresses damage from wave action and undermining of the main concrete structure.
