Purpose & Scope
The primary purpose is to acquire a full range of electrical services, including maintenance, repair, installation, and emergency services. This encompasses planned maintenance, corrective repairs, upgrades, inspections, testing, and emergency response for various electrical systems (e.g., lighting, panels, distribution, wiring, control systems, emergency power, fire alarm power supplies). Work must comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and applicable federal, state, local laws, and NPS policies. Materials and equipment must be UL-listed or approved equivalents.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contracts (JOC).
- Awards: Up to three (3) contracts will be awarded, one for each designated park group (Group 1: DC/MD/VA, Group 2: VA, Group 3: MD/VA/WV).
- Period of Performance: Each contract will have a five-year ordering period, with a six-month option to extend services.
- Ceiling Value: The total ceiling for the requirement is $15 million over the five-year ordering period, with individual ceilings of $10 million for Group 1, $2.5 million for Group 2, and $2.5 million for Group 3.
- Minimum Guarantee: A minimum guaranteed task order of $2,000 will be provided at award for each park group.
- Funding: There will be no funding on the parent IDIQ-JOC contracts; individual requirements will be awarded via funded task orders.

Price will be evaluated based on NET Coefficient Evaluation.
