Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for non-personal Radiology services to support the mission of the Indian Health Service (IHS), specifically within the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) at the Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, New Mexico.
