Statement of Work (SOW)

• Biannual services include window cleaning, floor mat shampooing, and deep carpet cleaning.

• The building is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. and requires cleaning one day per week.

• Cleaning supplies and materials must meet environmentally preferable cleaning product standards (e.g., Green Seal, Greenguard).

• A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be provided for all cleaning products.

• Contractor must prioritize biobased materials and adhere to USDA's Designated Biobased Products List.

• Performance will be assessed based on quality and timeliness, with opportunities for 're-cleaning' if services do not meet standards.

• Place of Performance: Natural Resources Conservation Service, Aberdeen PMC, 1691A South 2700 West, Aberdeen, Idaho.

• Period of Performance: One (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.

• Services are to be performed outside of normal office hours (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.), unless otherwise coordinated with the COTR.

• Government-furnished supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, wastebasket liners, hand soap, and hand sanitizer.

• Contractor must submit a Cleaning Operations Plan within 30 days of award.

• Contractor personnel require Federal Government-issued personal identification cards and must undergo background checks.

• Contractor is responsible for protecting Government property and repairing any damages caused by their negligence.

• Compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local safety, health, and environmental laws is required.
