Scope of Work

Biannual services include window cleaning, floor mat shampooing, and deep carpet cleaning. All cleaning supplies must be environmentally preferable, certified by Green Seal, Greenguard, or similar organizations, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) must be provided. Services are to be performed outside of normal office hours.

This solicitation incorporates FAR Parts 12 and other clauses by reference. The Service Contract Labor Standards apply, with Wage Determination 2015-5517 Rev. 27. Offerors must complete and submit Attachment 1 (Work Statement), Attachment 2 (Quote Sheet), and Attachment 3 (Vendor Information Sheet) with their proposals.
