Site Visit & Requirements
A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET at the site: 200 Robin Hill Street, Marlborough, MA 01752. Bidders must be registered in SAM.gov. A 20% bid bond is required, and a 100% payment bond (SF-25A, ILC, or Tripartite Escrow) is due within 10 calendar days of award. Wage determinations (MA20260008 and MA20250006) are provided and must be adhered to for labor costs.
Evaluation
