Key Requirements & Notes
This requirement is for non-CLSSA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) assets. These parts are wholly owned by FMS customer countries, are not covered by a Cooperative Logistics Supply Support Arrangement (CLSSA), and will be delivered to the customer country for their sole use. They will never be delivered to the DoD or entered into the DoD supply chain. Consequently, the requirement for Item Unique Identification and Valuation (IUID) (DFARS clause 252.211-7003) is deleted for this solicitation.
