The GFM/NRRE PMO requires specialized SETA services, as defined in FAR 9.505-1, to efficiently and effectively execute operations and sustainment, systems engineering, software design/development, integration, testing, evaluation, installation, training, life cycle maintenance, program management, and acquisition management for the GFM/NRRE Program of Record.
