Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) Pre & Post Vacuum Autoclave with an 85L/22.5 Gallon Chamber. Key salient characteristics include:
- Chamber capacity: 22-32 gal/85-120 L, with specific interior dimensions (min 15" diameter/height, 29" length cylindrical; or 15"H x 15"W x 27"D rectangular).
- Ability to accommodate various bottle and flask sizes.
- Fractionated pre-vacuum air removal and post-vacuum drying.
- Stainless-steel interior chamber and built-in steam generator.
- Sterilization setpoints at 121°C/15 psi and 134°C/30.5 psi.
- Front loading with automatic door and minimum 2 shelves.
- Exterior dimensions not exceeding 31" width and 48" depth.
- Power: 3-Phase, 230 volts, 25 amp., 60Hz.
- Independent operation from building water, DI water, and external drain.

- Compliance with international standards (UL, FDA, CE, ASME).
- Programmable sterilization cycle settings. The autoclave will be used for sterilizing glass, liquids, autoclavable plastics, and metal materials. It will be a new, freestanding placement, movable on castors, within a room with a 31-inch wide entrance.
