To provide Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) field evaluation services for Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) and portable tools to verify compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, National Electrical Code (NEC), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements.

• Provide personnel, equipment, supplies, and services for NRTL field evaluation.

• Verify that installed IPE and its component parts comply with OSHA standards concerning machine guarding and electrical safety.

• Certify compliance with 29 CFR 1910, NFPA 70, NFPA 79, and PSNS&IMF OSH Vol I Chapter 9.

• Label compliant equipment with a NRTL registered certification mark.

• Provide a NRTL field evaluation report detailing findings, deficiencies, and resolutions.

• The contractor must provide NRTL field evaluation services by trained and qualified employees of an OSHA-recognized NRTL.

• Zero deviation from standard is the performance threshold.

• Surveillance will be conducted via validated customer complaints.
