Submission Requirements
Companies interested in being reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source" for this item should submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. The SAR package must include all technical data demonstrating the prospective contractor's ability to competently manufacture the product to the required quality level. If there is an open solicitation for the NSN, SARs should be sent to the buyer. Otherwise, SARs should be sent to the DLA SAR Program Office at 6090 Strathmore Road, Richmond, VA 23237.
