This requirement is EXPORT CONTROLLED. Access to the Technical Data Package (TDP) for this solicitation requires certification under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP). Interested firms must register or re-register for JCP via the DLA website (dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/) and follow instructions for DD Form 2345 submission. After JCP certification, firms must request access to the TDP in Contract Opportunities (sam.gov). FAR Clause 52.246-15 (Certificate of Conformance) and FAR Clause 52.246-1 (Contractor Inspection Requirements) will be included in the solicitation when posted.
