Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a "BOX, SHIPPING" (NSN: 8115-01-582-9710). The item is described as a self-contained, collapsible, reusable, and liftable unit consisting of a bottom pallet, top cover, and sleeve, designed for shipping and storing various supplies and for rapid deployment in the field. The requirement is for one order, shipping to DONGDUCHEON KR 11310 KR.

• The core deliverable is a "BOX, SHIPPING" with specific dimensions, load capacity, and material requirements (injection molded polypropylene or thermoformed high-density polyethylene).

• Key features include lockable components, 4-way forklift entry, fire retardant, and nestable design.

• The system must be collapsible to flat.

• Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging.

• Evaluation factors are: Administrative Compliance (pass/fail), Technical Acceptability (pass/fail), and Lowest Evaluated Price.

• Administrative compliance includes completing all required fields and submitting all requested documents.

• This RFQ is set aside exclusively for Small Business (NAICS code 322212 - Folding Paperboard Box Manufacturing, size standard 1,250 employees or less).

• Vendors must update their representations and certifications on SAM.gov prior to closing.

• If offering an 'or equal' item, technical specifications must be submitted.

• Applicable provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference, including GSA Class Deviations.
