Source Information
The Government intends to pursue a limited sources procurement, as General Electric Co. (CAGE Code 07482) is currently the only known source capable of satisfying the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely at its discretion. Information received in response to this notice will be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for this solicitation. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
