The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to renovate approximately 1,261 square feet of office space in Building 2, Rooms B128, B128A, B132, B132A, and B132B, to a fully functional and code-compliant office suite ready for occupancy.
