Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for performing EB welding qualification tasks, including developing EB weld procedures and manufacturing a minimum of three Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NAB) "S1L" part configurations for welding qualification. Key requirements include 100% self-inspection, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 compliant quality controls, ensuring workmanship meets drawing requirements, and properly handling and shipping materials. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, equipment, and additional materials. Welders must hold current certification to AWS D17.1 (2012 or newer), and the contractor must possess or develop a welding procedure approved by NAVSEA. The Government will provide NAB Government Furnished Material (GFM).

Evaluation Factors

Eligibility & Special Requirements
Quoters must provide documentation demonstrating, at a minimum, CMMC Level 2 (self) certification or their CMMC UID number. Personnel and workspace must maintain a minimum Confidential level security clearance. Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) will be handled, marked "For Official Use Only (FOUO)", and transmitted via SAFE.
