Scope of Work
The requirement involves nuclear related maintenance, modernization, and repair for operational nuclear powered submarines. This includes project management, technical analysis, engineering and planning, training, inspection, and nuclear services to accomplish intermediate-level nuclear submarine maintenance, modernization, and repairs. The contractor will also support modernizing Government-owned facilities and equipment and provide off-hull submarine maintenance support. Work tasks must use approved processes, technical work documents, and equipment. The scope includes overhaul, maintenance, repair, modification upgrades, and ancillary services uniquely manufactured by General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB).
Work will primarily be performed at the submarine base in New London, CT, but may require occasional efforts at the contractor’s facility. The contractor must have a facility/shipyard in close proximity to subase NLON and be a nuclear qualified shipyard capable of meeting workload surges and shifting skill requirements daily.

Submission Requirements
Interested companies should submit a white paper, limited to twelve pages (plus two additional pages for technical drawings), on company letterhead. The submission must include company name, CAGE code, mailing address, place of performance, point of contact, and identify if the company is a large or small business. White papers should address the submitter's technical experience and approach to fulfilling all listed requirements.
